I will not be breeding dogs only housing them. The architectural design that I have submitted is a building of twenty five feet by fifty five feet. This building will house up to eighteen dogs. Depending on my success, I would like the option to expand my kennel to house a total of thirty six dogs. This kennel will be run by my self and my husband. I will not employ anyone. My architectural design makes my kennel wheelchair accessible. My design does not include a rest room. The kennel will not employ anyone. The people who will drop dogs off will be coming from their homes and will have no reason to linger. A rest room is not necessary. My kennel will be surrounded by a security fence. The fence will be high enough to keep dogs in and trespassers out. I have carefully chosen the location of my kennel to minimize line of sight and dampening of noise for my neighbors. I have positions the kennel so that there are trees or buildings or both between the kennels and my neighbors. Dogs thrive on routine. I will run my kennel on a schedule to the best of my ability.
