This MDP is approved for modifications to the on-site stormwater management and ownership of lots included in the industrial park. This MDP will enable the establishment of industrial uses allowed under the M2 (Industrial General) Zoning District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed in the plan. I am providing you with four (4) copies of the approved final Master Development Plan.
