Dear Timothy:
Frederick County approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan MDP #04-18 — Carroll
Industrial Park on May 30, 2018. This MDP is approved for modifications to the on-site stormwater
management and ownership of lots included in the industrial park. This MDP will enable the
establishment of industrial uses allowed under the M2 (Industrial General) Zoning District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed
in the plan. I am providing you with four (4) copies of the approved final Master Development
Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free to contact me if you have
