I would encourage committee members and interested citizens to park in the County parking lot located in the rear of the building and follow the sidewalk to the back double doors of the Board Room. 107 North Kent Street, Suite 202 • Winchester, Virginia 22601-5000 ITEM #1 Urban Development Area and Sewer and Water Service Area Boundaries At a joint work session of the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and CPPS on January 17, 2006, proposed changes to the boundaries of the Urban Development Area (UDA) and the Sewer and Water Service Area (SWSA) were discussed. Maps identifying the proposed UDA and SWSA changes, and further details of the UDA changes, are attached. A summary of the proposed UDA changes is included below. Greater details on the SWSA changes will be available at the CPPS meeting on May 8.
