RE: February Meeting

The Frederick County Comprehensive Plans and Programs Subcommittee (CPPS) will be meeting on
Monday, February 11, 2008.
However, please note a change in the format and time of the February 11, 2008 meeting. This
change is due to an effort to coordinate the CPPS's ability to participate in an important and relative
transportation presentation. At the invitation of the Transportation Committee, the CPPS is
encouraged to attend the Route 37 Access Management Study Presentation. This is an MPO Study
and will be presented by Mr. John Bishop, AICP. See attached memo.
The presentation will be at 7 p.m. on Monday February 11, 2008 in the Board of Supervisors
Meeting Room of the County Administration Building, 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia.
The CPPS will meet immediately following the presentation.
The CPPS will discuss the following agenda item:
AGENDA
1) Planning Commission Retreat Summary and Route 277 Update.
Staff and the CPPS will review the discussion from the Planning Commission Retreat which
will be held on Saturday February, 9, 2008 and which will include a discussion of the Route
277 Study.
2) Other.
