Dear Ms. Yost:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on February 16, 2010. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 69A-1-30-5 was modified by the BZA to allow a 35
foot left side yard variance and a 35 foot right side yard variance, resulting in side yard setbacks
of 15 feet. The request for a 75 foot rear yard variance, resulting in a 25 foot rear yard setback,
was approved as presented. The property is located south on Abelia Trail, Section 30, Lot 5 of
Enon Springs, Shawneeland, in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
