Dear Mr. McAllister:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on April 20, 2010. The request on parcel identified by
Property Identification Number 31A-1-1 was modified by the BZA to allow a 25 foot southern
property line variance, resulting in a setback of 25 feet. The property is located at 573 Lake
Saint Clair Drive, in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
