This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 17, 2010. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 26-A-56 was to allow a 141 foot right side yard variance,
resulting in a right side yard setback of 59 feet, for a church addition. The property is located on
the southeast corner of the intersection of Muse Road (Route 610) and Hollow Road (Route
707), in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
