This denial was for a 35foot front property line variance, resulting in a 25 foot front yard setback, for the construction of a detached two -car garage. The subject property is located at 251 Lake Serene Drive, and is identified by Property Identification Number 31B-1-21 in the Gainesboro Magisterial District. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision.
