This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance request was denied by the Board of
Zoning Appeals at their meeting on November 16, 2010. This denial was for a 35foot front property
line variance, resulting in a 25 foot front yard setback, for the construction of a detached two -car
garage. The subject property is located at 251 Lake Serene Drive, and is identified by Property
Identification Number 31B-1-21 in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick
County within 30 days of the Board's decision. If you have any questions regarding this action,
