The portion of said land herein described, hereafter to be known as Lot 10 — Stonewall Industrial Park, fronts the northwestern boundary of McGhee Road (being a duly dedicated street not yet accepted for maintenance by the Virginia Department of Transportation) 1,805.37' southwest of the intersection with the southwestern boundary of Kentmere Court (Va.
