The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 91C -(1)-13A was approved by the BZA to allow for a 4.1 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot left side yard setback will result in a 45.9 -foot left side yard setback, and a 61.5 -foot right side yard variance to a required 100 -foot right side yard setback will result in a 38.5 -foot right side yard setback for a single-family dwelling.
