The site plan is approved for a 15,890 square foot (SF) 4 -story hotel with 96 rooms in the B2 (General Business) Zoning District the Stonewall Magisterial District. This site plan also includes approval for: a pool, 98 parking spaces, signage, landscaping, screening, and site lighting. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with 14 copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
