THE SITE BOUNDARY AND TOPOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SHOWN HEREON IS DELINEATED BASED ON PLAN /02-16, WHICH 3. THE SITE IS ZONED R5 (RESIDENTIAL RECREATIONAL COMMUNITY) DISTRICT AS ADMINISTERED BY THE FREDERICK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE (ZONING ORDINANCE-). 4.
