Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced, Master Development Plan
(MDP #03-18) — Revision for Snowden Bridge Station on May 3, 2018. This MDP revision
included adding properties and improvements from Rezoning Applications (REZ) #04-16 and
06-17.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Please
