Dear Mr. Marsh:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on July 17, 2012. The request on parcel identified by
Property Identification Number 31A-1-16 was approved by the BZA to allow a 16.4 foot left side
variance and a 16.4 foot right side variance, resulting in a 33.6 foot setback on both sides. The
property is located in Lake St. Clair Subdivision, Lake St. Clair Drive, Lot 16, in the Gainesboro
Magisterial District.
