This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 21, 2012. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 56-A-8 was approved by the BZA to allow a 52 foot front
yard variance, resulting in an 8 foot front yard setback, and a 75 foot right side variance,
resulting in a 25 foot right side setback. The property is located at 1943 Jordan Springs Road
(Route 664), in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
