This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 21, 2012. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 33-A-1313 was amended, with your consent, and approved by
the BZA to allow a 69 foot right side variance, resulting in a 31 foot right side setback, and a 35
foot left side variance, resulting in a 65 foot right side setback. The property is located on the
east side of Welltown Road (Route 611) approximately 0.25 miles south of the intersection with
Rest Church Road (Route 669), in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
