The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 30A-2-25 was approved by the BZA to allow a 20 foot left side variance and a 20 foot right side variance, resulting in a 30 foot setback on both sides. The property is located on the right side of the cul-de-sac at the end of Woodridge Lane (Route 747), in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
