Dear Mr. Yost:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 21, 2012. The request on parcel identified
by Property Identification Number 69A-1-30-13 was approved by the BZA to allow a 26 foot
right side variance and a 26 foot left side variance, resulting in a 24 foot right side setback on
both sides. The property is located in Enon Springs Subdivision (Route 608) on Aster Trail, Lot
13, in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
