This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on September 18, 2012. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 31 -A -7G was approved by the BZA to allow a 20
foot left side variance along the eastern southerly portion of the house, resulting in a 30 foot left
side setback along that portion. The property is located at 1425 Cedar Grove Road (Route 654),
in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
