Oates GreyWolfe, Inc. 1073 Redbud Road Winchester, VA 22603 Re: Approval for Site Plan #05-18, R & J Development, LLC — Warehouse #2 Property Identification Number (PIN): 33 -A -123C Dear Mr. Oates: The above -referenced site plan was approved on March 16, 2018. The site plan is approved for the following improvements in the M1 (Light Industrial) District in the Stonewall Magisterial District at the intersection of Jeff's Way and Wes Luke Drive: • 9,875 square foot (SF) warehouse & office building; • 12 parking spaces (including 1 handicapped space) and I loading space; and • Other site improvements including landscaping and screening. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. Attached are four (4) copies of the signed site plan from the Zoning Administrator. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
