Boscawen Street Winchester, VA 22601 RE: APPEAL APPLICATION #03-18 OF ROCKWOOD 72 Dear Mr. Hill: This letter is to confirm that the Board of Zoning Appeals, at its meeting on April 17, 2018, denied the above -referenced appeal application and affinned the administrative determination of the Zoning Administrator that a radio tower is not a permitted use in the R5 (Residential Recreational Community) and that the tower erected on the property must be removed. The subject property is located on Rockwood Trail, and identified by Property Identification Number 491302-123-72 in the Back Creek Magisterial District. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision.
