THIS DEED, made and dated this 4 day of October, 2012, by and between
JASON M. LINEWEAVER, sole heir-at-law of SHARON KAYE LINEWEAVER, deceased,
hereinafter called the Grantor; and DOUGLAS W. MILBURN and DONNA L. MILBURN,
husband and wife, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, and other
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby
grant and convey with General Warranty and English covenants of title unto the Grantees, as
tenants by the entireties with common law right of survivorship, the following property:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements
thereon, on the east side of Whitfield Avenue in Opequon Magisterial District,
Frederick County, Virginia, designated as Lot No. 6, Block B, on the plat and
surrey of Quentin K. Shortt, C.L.S., dated April 20, 1968, and attached to the
deed of dedication of Whitfield Subdivision, of record in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 344, at Page 150,-
AND
50;
AND BEING one of the two parcels conveyed by Jean Copp Campbell and Owen
T. Campbell to Bruce A. Lineweaver, Jr. and Sharon K. Lineweaver, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties with common law right of survivorship by deed
dated November 28, 1986, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book
632, at Page 786; Bruce A. Lineweaver, Jr. died on September 20, 2011, a
resident of Polk County, Florida, and his interest in the property passed to his
widow by the survivorship provision of the aforesaid deed; Sharon Kaye
Lineweaver died intestate on April 27, 2012, a resident of Kissimmee, Florida,
and she was survived by her son and sole heir-at-law, Jason M. Lineweaver.
Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid instruments and the attachments and the
.eferences therein contained, for a more particular description of the property hereby
:onveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way and restrictions of
