On behalf of the Frederick County Board of Zoning Appeals, you are hereby notified of a public
hearing being held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 3:25 p.m., in the Board Room of the Frederick
County Administration Building at 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia.
Variance Request #01-13 of Douglas W. Milburn for a 30 foot left side variance, resulting in a 20
foot left side setback, and a 31 foot right side variance, resulting in a 19 foot right side setback, for a
single family dwelling. This property is located in Whitfield Subdivision on Double Church Road
(Route 64 1) Lot 6, Block B, and is identified with Property Identification Number 86A -2-B-6 in the
Opequon Magisterial District.
Any interested parties may attend this meeting. A copy of the application will be available for
review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the meeting, or at the
Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in Winchester, Virginia.
