RE: VARIANCE REQUEST #02-13
Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 21, 2013. The request on parcel identified by
Property Identification Number 33-A-1 2C was approved by the BZA to allow a 75 foot right side
variance, resulting in a 25 foot right side setback, and a 50 foot rear yard variance, resulting in a
50 foot rear yard setback, for a single family dwelling. The property is located on the east side
of Welltown Road (Route 611), approximately 0.9 miles north of the intersection with Cedar Hill
Road (Route 671), in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
