This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on September 17, 2013. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 26-2-21 was approved by the BZA to allow a 15
foot right side yard variance, resulting in a 35 foot right side setback for a single family dwelling.
The property is located at the end of a Cul-de-sac on Isaac Drive, southeast of Fletcher Drive,
south of Northwestern Pike (U.S. Route 50) in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
