Dear Mike:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on December 17, 2013. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 31B-1-14 was approved by the BZA to allow a 48.7
foot right side yard variance, resulting in a 1.3 foot right side setback for an addition to a single
family dwelling. The property is located at, Lake Serene Drive in the Lake Serene Subdivision,
located off U.S. Route 522 North in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
