THIS DEED made and dated this j9 day of March, 2009 by and between HEDRICK
PROPERTIES, LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and A
& R Rentals, LLC, a Virgnia Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.
WITNESSETH: NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH: that for and m consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand, and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey in fee simple
absolute, with General Warranty and English Covenants of Title, unto the Grantee, the following
real estate:
Reference is made to the aforesaid instruments and the attachments and references therein
contained for a further description of the property conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record, in so
far as they may lawfully affect the subject property.

Benjamin Hedrick and Janice Hedrick, with rights of survivorship, by Deed dated the

County, Virginia, designated as Lot 115, Plat 9, Section 32 of Shawnee Land, and being
the same real property which conveyed to the grantor herein by Deed dated the 28h day
of January 1975, from Paul H. Williams, unmarried, which is of record in the aforesaid
Clerk's Office, in Deed Book 440, at Page 78.
AND BEING the same property conveyed by Janice R. Hedrick to Hedrick Properties,
LLC, by Deed dated December 29, 1995 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in
Deed Book 851 at Page 546.
Reference is made to the aforesaid instruments and the attachments and references therein
contained for a further description of the property conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record, in so
