Quinn Trust under Agreement dated June 7, 1993, called the GRANTOR, and DEBRA JOHNSON and RICHARD GRAM, called the GRANTEES. WHEREAS, by deed dated April 14, 2014, recorded in the Office ofthe Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 140002683, the Catherine L. Quinn Trust was erroneously referenced as the Catherine L. Quinn Family Trust. AND BEING the same property conveyed to John C. Quinn and Catherine L. Quinn, Trustees under a certain Agreement dated June 7,1993 known as the Catherine L. Quinn Trust, from John C. Quinn and Catherine L. Quinn, his wife, by Deed dated June 7, 1993, of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 798 at Page 793. The said Catherine L. Quinn died on October 17, 1999 and her husband, John C. Quinn, became sole acting trustee of the Catherine L.
