This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on July 15, 2014. The request on parcel identified by
Property Identification Number 42-A-209 was approved by the BZA to allow a 100 foot right
side variance, resulting in a 100 foot right side variance. The property is located on the western
side of Woodcrest Drive 0.25 miles north of the intersection with Woodside Place which is
located off of Apple Pie Ridge Road and is identified with Property Identification Number 42-A-
209 in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
