Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on December 15, 2015. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 63-9-4-67 was approved by the BZA
to allow a 10 foot front yard variance to a required 20 foot front yard setback resulting in
a 10 foot front yard setback. The property is located at the northeastern corner of Harvest
Ridge Drive and Mikey Court in the Village at Harvest Ridge Subdivision in the
Gainesboro Magisterial District.
