Dear Mr. Oates:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on January 19, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 21-9-1-10 was approved by the BZA to
allow a 93.0 foot right side yard variance to a required 200 foot right side setback
resulting in a 107 foot right side setback for a single family dwelling. The property is
located in the Babbs Creek Estates Subdivision Lot 10 at the end of Cheran Lane in the
Gainesboro Magisterial District.
