Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 17, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 64B -A -54B was approved by the BZA to
allow for a 40 foot left side yard variance to a required 50 foot left side yard setback will
result in a 10 foot left side yard setback and a 40 foot right side yard variance to a
required 50 foot right side yard setback will result in a 10 foot right side yard setback.
This property is located south side of Bufflick Road (Route 776), 0.34 miles east of
intersection with Front Royal Pike (Route 522) and is in the Shawnee Magisterial
District.
