Dear Mr. and Mrs. Casteel:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on June 21, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 75F-4-193 was approved by the BZA to
allow a 2 foot rear yard variance to a required 25 foot rear yard setback resulting in a 23
rear yard setback. The property is located at 105 Chardonnay Drive, Stephens City, VA
in the Opequon Magisterial District.
