Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rich:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on June 21, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 75P-11-32 was approved by the BZA to
allow a 3 foot rear yard variance to a required 15 foot rear yard setback resulting in a 12
rear yard setback. The property is located at 114 Paris Court, Stephens City, VA in the
Opequon Magisterial District.
