Additionally, the drainfield is on the immediate southern side of the house and prevents construction in that direction. The garage is needed to relocate the parking area this addition will replace. The vehicles, mowers, etc., would be in an enclosed garage rather than sitting in the open along the road. 8 13. Additional comments, if any: Many homes within Lake Saint Clair have similar variances as the lots are too small to handle current setback requirements in the zoning ordinance. 14.
