ROAD, SUITE 600, DALLAS, TEXAS 75240-5003 (hereinafter called the Grantor) and
David DENTEL and Katrina R. DENTEL

WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor for and in consideration, of the sum of

whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the said

22655, and is more particularly described as
All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being situate in Shawnee
Magisterial District, Frederick County Virginia containing 10,885 sq. ft., more
or less, located northeast of the Town of Stephens City, and more particularly
described as Lot 68, GREENBRIAR VILLAGE, SECTION II, as shown on the plat by H.
Bruce Edens, L. S., dated August 30, 1985 of record in the Clerk's office of
the circuit Court Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 610 at Page 549; and
more particularly described by plat of survey of Douglas C. Legge, L.S. dated
March 26, 1996 of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 856 at Page 398.
BEING the same property which &&, Trustee, granted and conveyed unto Grantor
herein in fee by Trustees Deed dated && and recorded in the Land Records of &&

every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above described with the hereditaments
and appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever.
UNDER AND SUBJECT AS aforesaid.
Grantor covenants for itself and its successors to warrant and defend all that
is hereinabove described against all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof by, through or under Grantor.
