been fully paid, and the lien of said deed of trust to have been fully satisfied and
released; and further to release the lien of said deed of trust. And we, Hallock M. Lee
and Grace Flood Lee, do represent that we were the holders of said notes at the time the
said notes were paid.

tween Ray R. Russell and Carrie 0. Russell, his wife, parties of the first part, and G. 4-
W. Garland Carlisle and Mary U. Carlisle, his wife, parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollatrs
($10.00) cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
all of which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part do hereby grant,
sell, and convey, with general warranty of title, unto the parties of the second part,
jointly, with common law right of survivorship, a certain lot or parcel of land containing
28,000 square feet, more or less, lying and being situate on the Western side of Virginia
State Secondary Highway No. 667, otherwise known as the road leading Southward from the
Brucetown -iNadesville Road near Brueetown, in Stonewall District, Frederick County, Vir-
ginia, and described as beginning at an iron peg on the Western side of said road a
corner to the land of Swimley, and running thence with Swimley's line in a Western
direction a distance of 280 feet to a stake corner; thence a new line with the other
