Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dentel:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on August 16, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 75E-3-2-68 was approved by the BZA to
allow a 15 foot front yard variance to a required 35 foot front yard setback resulting in a
20 foot front yard setback. The property is located at the 102 Raven Road, in Stephens
City in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
