Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on September 20, 2016. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 30A-2-25 was approved by the BZA
to allow a 28 foot left side yard variance to a required 50 foot left side yard setback
resulting in a 22 foot left side yard setback, and a 28 foot right side yard variance to a
required 50 foot right side yard setback resulting in a 22 foot right side yard setback. The
property is located on Woodridge Lane in the Gainesboro Magisterial District.
