Dear Mr. Winters:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on October 18, 2016. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 33-A-149 was approved by the BZA
to allow a 79 foot rear yard variance to a required 100 foot rear yard setback resulting in a
21 rear yard setback. The property is located at 1256 Brucetown Road, Clear Brook,
Virginia in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
