Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on October 18, 2016. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 54 -A -127C was approved by the
BZA to allow a 24 foot front yard variance to a required 50 foot front yard setback
resulting in a 26 foot front yard setback. The property is located on Senseny Road (Route
657) in the Red Bud Magisterial District.
