The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 41-A-110 was approved by the BZA to allow for a 18 -foot left side yard variance to a required 50 -foot left side yard setback will result in a 32 -foot left side yard setback and a 68 -foot right side yard variance to a required 100 -foot right side yard setback will result in a 32 -foot right side yard setback for a single family dwelling.
