Dear Mr. Artz:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was
approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on March 27, 2018. The
request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 64D-8-1-28 was
approved by the BZA to allow a 10 -foot rear yard variance to a required 25 -foot rear yard
setback resulting in a 15 -foot rear yard setback for a roof/deck. The property is located at
156 McClure Way, Winchester, Virginia in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
