Dear Mr. and Mrs. Newton:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on November 15, 2016. The request on parcel
identified by Property Identification Number 86B -4-A-35 was approved by the BZA to
allow a for a 17.5 foot left side yard variance to a required 50 foot left side setback resulting
in a 32.5 foot left side setback, and a 17.5 foot right side yard variance to a required 50 foot
right side setback resulting in a 32.5 foot right side setback. This property is located on
Virginia Drive, Lot 35, Block A, Stephens City, Virginia in the Opequon Magisterial
District.
