Dear Mr. Oates:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced variance application was approved by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on December 20, 2016. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 21-A-14 was approved by the BZA
to allow a 74 foot left side yard variance to a required 100 foot left side yard setback
resulting in a 26 foot left side yard setback, and a 30 foot right side yard variance to a
required 100 foot right side yard setback resulting in a 70 foot right side yard setback.
The property is located at 1444 Hunting Ridge Road in the Gainesboro Magisterial
District.
