Dear Mr. Light:
This letter is to confirm that the above -referenced appeal application was denied by the Board of
Zoning Appeals at their meeting on December 15, 2009. This denial was of request #02-09, to
appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator as to compliance determination and permitted uses
in the RA (Rural Areas) District. The subject property is located at 3700 Stonewall Jackson
Highway (Route 277) near the intersection with Front Royal Pike (Route 522 South), and identified
by Property Identification Numbers 87-3-B1 in the Opequon Magisterial District.
The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick
County within 30 days of the Board's decision. If you have any questions regarding this action,
