WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey with general warranty of title, unto the parties of the second part, jointly, as tenants by the entireties, with common law right of survivorship, it being intended that the part of the Ione dying should then belong to the other, his or her heirs or assigns, the following described property and appurtenances thereunto belonging: All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.30 acres situate in Gainesboro Magisterial District about five (5) miles North of Winchester in Frederick County, Virginia being more particularly described as Parcel B on the plat and survey of Lee A. Ebert. C.L.S., dated March 21, 1974, copy attached and by reference hereby made a part of, and being a portion of the same land conveyed to Joseph S. Alizzi by deed of Carson D. Heltzel and Virginia G. Heltzel, his wife, et al, dated March 31, 19739 recorded in the Frederick County Circuit Clerk's Office in Deed Book 411, at page 89. Reference is here made to the aforesaid instruments and the attachments and the references therein contained for a i further and more particular description of the property hereby i conveyed. Said real estate is conveyed together with all right;, ways, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging and appertaining, and is a part of the real estate conveyed to to parties of the first part by Avalon Orndoff and Goldie L. Orndoff by deed dated the 30th., day of April, 1941, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book iuo. 182, page 414, to which and the reference therein contained reference is here made for a further and more particular description of said real estate and the title thereto.
