Dear David:
The Frederick County Board of Supervisors granted staff administrative approval authority for
the above referenced Master Development Plan on March 8, 2017. This master development plan
is approved for the development 47 acres of land for 90 single-family detached clustered units and
100 single-family attached (townhome) units of land zoned RP (Residential Performance) District.
The properties are located east and adjacent to Papermill Road (Route 644) and approximately 2,300
feet north/west of the existing signalized intersection of Front Royal Pike (Route 522) and Papermill
Road (Route 644).
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed in
the plan. Please note that approval of a subdivision design plan and site plan is required prior to the
subdivision or development of this parcel. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved
final master development plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free
