I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application
and petition the governing body of Frederick County, Virginia to
allow the use described in this application. I understand that the
sign issued to me when this application is submitted must be placed
at the front property line at least seven (7) days prior to the
first public hearing and maintained so as to be visible until after
the Board of Supervisors' public hearing. Your application for a
Conditional Use Permit authorizes any member of the Frederick
County Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors or Planning and
Development Department to inspect your property where the proposed
use will be conducted.

Rules & Regulations for Events Scheduled at the Kriz's
547 Apple Pie Ridge Road
Winchester, VA 22603
Educational Events (Seminars, Retreats, Board Training, Committee, Business Meetings)
1. All Educational Events shall be held primarily in the lower level of the house.
Breakout sessions may be held on the front lawn or the area surrounding the
swimming pool - weather permitting.
2. There shall be no more than 50 participants.
3. All food and refreshments shall be catered within the house or on the back patio.
4. Music shall be allowed only within the lower level of the house.
5. All participants shall be instructed as to the property boundaries and will be
encouraged to use only the front lawn, the area surrounding the swimming pool,
and the woods and open space between the house and VA -739.
6. No loud noise or abusive language will be tolerated.
7. All parking shall be in designated areas with no vehicles blocking the driveway.
Weddings & Receptions
1. All weddings shall take place on the front lawn or within the house.
2. There shall be no more than 50 participants.
3. Music for an outdoor wedding ceremony shall be at an acceptable volume so as
not to disturb the neighborhood.
4. All food and refreshments shall be catered within the house.
5. Music for a reception shall be allowed only within the house.
6. All attendees shall be instructed as to the property boundaries and will be
encouraged to use only the front lawn, the area around the swimming pool, and
the woods and open space between the house and VA -739.
7. No loud noise or abusive language shall be tolerated.
8. The event shall last no longer than three hours.
9. All parking shall be in designated areas with no vehicles blocking the driveway.
