Re: Proposed General Store, Tax Map 4 11 -A -51E
Dear Mr. Wine:
The health department has no objection to your proposal to operate a general store in the
existing building on site under the following conditions:
1) Water use must be Iimited to 200 gallons per day as specified on the permit for the
existing sewage disposal system on the property installed in May 1957. Water use is
to be determined based on 25 gallons per day per employee and 10 gallons per day
per customer vehicle.
2) There is to be no full-time residence on the property.
3) The existing trailer is to be removed from the property.
4) If food and drinks are to be sold, they are to be prepackaged, with no food preparation
on site.
5) Seats for eating and drinking cannot be provided unless a permit to operate a restaurant
is obtained from this office.
No guarantee is given or implied that this sewage disposal system will continue to
function properly in the future. Repairs dill be required if the system malfunctions.
Please contact me with any questions at (540) 722-3478.
Sincerely,
pr" qv'yz
