Water use is to be determined based on 25 gallons per day per employee and 10 gallons per day per customer vehicle. 2) There is to be no full-time residence on the property. 3) The existing trailer is to be removed from the property. 4) If food and drinks are to be sold, they are to be prepackaged, with no food preparation on site. 5) Seats for eating and drinking cannot be provided unless a permit to operate a restaurant is obtained from this office.
